SOLVi Migration was founded by Principal Lawyer, Rhea Fawole.

Rhea has over 12 years’ experience working in the Australian immigration department, including in the Immigration Minister’s office.

With this inside knowledge of how complex and overwhelming the migration process is,

Rhea has shaped the vision for SOLVi Migration to provide a more seamless, stress-free and positive experience

Rhea Fawole

FOUNDER

Our #BossLady Rhea, is a talented and widely experienced business professional and solicitor with over 12 years’ experience working in the Immigration Department. She can share knowledge from an extensive array of industries over the last 20 years, including legal services, travel, public sector, recruitment, and management consultancy. She has a Bachelor of Business, Graduate Certificate in Migration Law, Juris Doctor, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and has completed postgraduate studies in international law. She also holds a Principal Practising Certificate with the Queensland Law Society, has recently become a model in her free time (@diversity_models_australia) and was a speed dating hostess in a former life!

Helen Smith

IMMIGRATION LAWYER

Helen has dedicated herself to the legal field since 2019, initially practising in Planning and Environment Law. Recognising her passion for helping individuals, she shifted her focus to specialising in Migration Law in 2021. Her unique perspective gained from her prior experience allows her to offer comprehensive guidance to clients navigating the complexities of immigration. Helen holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Beyond her legal pursuits, Helen finds solace and inspiration in the vibrant coastal lifestyle of the Sunshine Coast. In her free time, she enjoys surfing, music, and poetry.

Sher Tapang

MIGRATION COORDINATOR

Sher has dedicated 10 years to client service advocacy and has experience with start-up companies. As a nurse by profession, she's passionate about serving clients at SOLVi. Beyond work, she finds fulfillment as a mother and wife. Sher's also deeply passionate about sports, especially triathlons, which she actively pursues. Her commitment to helping others and her drive for personal growth shape her as a resilient and compassionate individual in all aspects of her life.

Lakshanie Wic

CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Lakshanie (Laki) is our friendly and enthusiastic client relations specialist. She has a PhD in neonatal respiratory immunology and over 8 years of experience working in the biomedical and health sciences field. Growing up in Australia, Lakshanie can give you direct insight into the food, culture and lifestyle of the country, providing a well-rounded SOLVi experience. In her spare time, Lakshanie likes to visit museums, galleries and try out new matcha latte spots!

Laura Suciu

CLIENT ONBOARDING SPECIALIST

Laura is the client onboarding specialist with an experience of over two years working with different businesses. Having emigrated herself from her own country and culture and knowing the impact building a new life can have, now she is excited to help people with the opportunity to improve their own and their family’s life with new opportunities and a whole new lifestyle in Australia. In her free time she likes to travel, read, be creative and enjoy life with friends and family.

Charmaine Legada

Social Media Manager

Charmaine has 10 years of experience helping small businesses grow in the Philippines by implementing government programs and services. With three years of experience, she specialises in helping businesses overseas enhance their brand through social media platforms. Charmaine holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing Management in the Philippines. Every weekend, she enjoys learning new recipes.

Reymon Cuico

Finance Manager

As a CPA specialising in finance management, Reymon provides the CEO with a clear picture of the flow of funds and resources, ensuring that company operations run seamlessly. He's passionate about exploring emerging technologies in finance that facilitate business growth. Outside of work, he finds solace and fitness in long-distance running, a pursuit where he conquers the tiny voices in his head telling him to quit and find solitude amidst the rhythmic pounding of his feet on the pavement.

Jesser Badiang

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Jesser, a skilled virtual assistant with over 8 years of experience, excels at providing exceptional and personalised client support. His dedication extends beyond qualifications (Marine Transportation degree) as he enjoys exceeding expectations. Outside of work, Jesser finds adventure on the deep sea fishing, shore casting, camping, and nature exploration.

Lucy

MANAGER OF CUTENESS

Lucy is our team mascot, keeping us all entertained by generally interrupting consultations and team meetings with squeaky toys.

She loves . . . well if we're honest, everyone! But Lucy also belly rubs, eating, playing, sleeping, and did we mention EATING?!
